The service was absolutely amazing! Even though I ordered late afternoon they were still able to deliver the arrangement the same day and the recipient raved that they were beautiful. For those how would have liked an email they should have put that in their additional instructions - I had requested that I be called to confirm whether delivery that same day was possible and had a phone call a short time later. I would definitely use Park Avenue again.

The service was quick and prompt. However it would be great it I have received an email that my order was delivered and even what the arrangement looked like> I realize that the website has a picture however It would be great to see what id paid for after it was made. The recipient did say it was beautifule. I would definitely use this service again Thanks
